Return Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal (Natural Persons)

According to Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014, the consumer (natural person) has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from receiving the product, without having to state a reason.

2. Exceptions (No Returns)

Returns are not accepted for:

personalized products (embroidery/name/date requested by the customer)
products made to special order
products that have been worn, washed, damaged, or returned without tags

3. Return Conditions

Returned products must:

be in new condition, unworn/unused

have all tags intact and, where applicable, include all accessories

4. How to Return a Product

Pack the parcel properly.
Send the parcel to:

We do not accept cash-on-delivery return parcels.

5. Costs and Refund

The return shipping cost is borne by the customer, except in cases of a defective product or an error on our part.
The refund is made within maximum 14 days from the receipt and verification of the returned product.
The refund is made using the same payment method, where possible, or to the account/IBAN provided by the customer.

Return Fee

If returns are processed through the courier service organized by us, a fixed handling/shipping fee of 36.99 RON may be deducted from the refunded amount. This fee will be communicated to the customer before the return is confirmed. Alternatively, the customer may send the return through a courier chosen by them, at their own expense.

6. Defective / Incorrect Products

If the product is defective or was delivered incorrectly, the shipping cost (outbound/return) is borne by PAMPY SRL.
